One of four silver sculptures of the Four Continents, made to models by Lorenzo Vaccaro, commissioned for King Charles II by Fernando de Benavides, count of Esteban, viceroy of Naples 1687-95, and completed in 1695 (now in the Treasury of Toledo cathedral).
