Center Fellows participate in the work of a particular project cycle. MAVCOR invites these scholars to convene over multi-year periods around a specific topic of study.

Project Cycle I: Sensation Religion ran from 2008 through 2012 and focused on the senses and sensory controversies in material religious practice. Project Cycle I fellows are listed here.

MAVCOR Project Cycle II began in summer 2016, with a first convening in summer 2017. This international, multi-institutional collaboration focuses attention on the subject of "Material Economies of Religion in the Americas: Arts, Objects, Spaces, Mediations."
